The outer blue rows are collected first. By the halfway point the top of the H and the background next to it are opening up.
Tip for this level
The striped rows switch colour often. Watch which colour is on the very outside before each tap.
Board doesn't match? Pause after the first few taps and compare the bobbins waiting at the bottom. If they differ, you have another version of Level 18. The rules and general tips still apply.
