What the video shows
The orange frame is removed first. After that the green face starts to disappear from the top edge, while the yellow eyes and mouth stay until the green around them is gone.
Tip for this level
Hold the yellow bobbins back. The eyes and mouth are surrounded by green, so yellow is useless until late in the level.
